Designed for professional digital photography, the Apo-Digitare XL can be used wherever photography is carried out with professional digital backs and the highest quality standards.
The target group for this new design are photographers who generally prefer a wide-angle lens to a standard lens but want to retain the high quality and require large adjustment reserves for perspective compensation or shifts.
The lens has a focal length of 43mm with an aperture of 5.6. The large image circle of 110mm from f/8 allows the lens to be used with incredible adjustments. The apochromatically corrected, 8-element symmetrical Lens shows very good imaging performance even at full aperture and has a homogeneous resolution of up to 80 line pairs with very good contrast at working aperture 8. Distortion is less than 0.5%.
A real "all-round lens" for architecture and studios.
