  • fits VM mount (M bayonet)
  • Filter Ø 49 mm
  • Minimum distance 0.7 m

High performer for outstanding image results, now also with M bayonet
The sophisticated optical design consists of 8 groups with 10 lens elements, including two double-sided aspherical elements, two with abnormal partial dispersion and floating elements. Compared to the E-mount version, however, the VM version has been made noticeably shorter and over 20 percent lighter. Furthermore, the 12 aperture blades not only form a circular opening at F2.0 and F2.8, but also at F5.6, which enables a circular bokeh from a point light source. In terms of feel, the new Lens impresses with the high-quality workmanship you have come to expect from Voigtländer and a brilliant imaging performance that is exceptional in all facets.

Our Voigtländer 50mm / 1:2.0 APO-Lanthar aspherical VM is optimized for M-mount cameras, but can also be used on Fuji X-mount cameras and Nikon Z-mount models. Our corresponding Nah+ system adapters are available for this purpose.

The Voigtländer 50 mm / 1:2.0 APO-Lanthar aspherical VM sets a new benchmark in our range of standard focal lengths and is aimed at those users who demand the very best image quality and highest resolution for their photographic work. The unusual aperture design also offers a high degree of creative freedom and allows a very individual look.

A lens hood designed exclusively for this Lens is available as an option (LH-13).

Further product features:
Apochromatic optical design to avoid chromatic aberrations
